Local Democracy Agency Georgia, along with its partners Kutaisi City Hall, the Regional Development Agency of Ukraine (Ukraine), the Association of Local Democracy Agencies (France), Ganja Municipality (Azerbaijan), Forma Azione (Italy), and the Lodze Marshall Office (Poland), are implementing an Erasmus + Project called "JOURNEY - Joint organization to Unite Rural Networks of Entrepreneurial Youth." The project is funded by the European Commission.

Within the framework of the project 7 young mentors were selected, who were trained in Italy at the first stage. At the second stage of the project, a study visit was conducted in Poland.
The visit included an introductory meeting in the Lyceum - 'II Liceum Ogólnokształcącego w Łowiczu', where the lyceum director Tadzus Zasseska introduced young mentors to the history of the Lyceum, its purpose and training courses.

Renata Filllev, Representative of one of the partner organizations, introduced to the mentors various methods of team work.
