As part of the project "Increasing the Quality of Citizen Involvement in Local Self-Government", the Local Democracy Agency Georgia (LDA Georgia) invites both individuals and legal entities with relevant experience and qualifications to purchase a "one-minute 2D animated video".

The purpose of creating the animated video is, on the one hand, to raise the awareness of citizens and local actors about the mechanisms of citizen involvement and on the other hand to increase the accountability of municipalities at the local level.
