Ambassadors of Olympic Values 2019

The aim of the project: Young French and Europeans coming from around few different countries will intervene in primary and secondary schools, high schools, universities, youth centers, associations and communities to talk about Europe using their own words and experiences. They will talk about peace, the importance of education, mobility and the rule of
law, all in order to transmit the above mentioned values and to understand sport as an instrument for better mutual understanding between individuals and citizens all around the world, despite their differences.

The project lasts 5 years, the first step will take place from September 2019 till August 2020. Volunteers have to arrive during the first week of September 2019 (before 7. September).
Till November 2019 the volunteers will have a training in MEBA(Maison de l'Europe Bordeaux-Aquitaine) about the E.U and the European values, and then they will be resend as Ambassadors to the schools and different kind of organisations to spread those values. Some of them will stay in MEBA to help with daily work and administration.

- Criteria for selection volunteers
People should be really interested in a project, responsible, motivated and be able to work alone. Have ability to work also in a team is welcome because this is a big project so a good cooperation is necessary. Our language for communication can be English.

Travel costs include 530 for Georgia in total (go and return).
Pocket money - they will receive 180 per month like a pocket money + 7.5 euros per day (so 405 euros per month). Meba will not provide any food it is up to the volunteers, just money.
Accommodation - volunteers will live in student's Residence with other. MEBA will manage everything.

In Residence 2 volunteers will live in one apartment with toilette, bathroom, small kitchen and two separated rooms. Each one will have WIFI connection, bed, table and some shelters for clothes.
