We are pleased to announce that the four-day Youth Exchange in digital format organized in the framework of the project "Joint Organization to Unite Rural Networks of Entrepreneurial Youth - JOURNEY" ended last week.
21(twenty-one) young people from Georgia, Ukraine and Azerbaijan took part in the online meetings. On the first day, the participants traveled through a virtual video tour in Poland- Stajnia Cheval Mariampol. Young entrepreneurs will get acquainted with the business of the Polish entrepreneurs Sylwia Moczak and Julia Moczak through a video tour (https://www.facebook.com/stajniamariampol/), ask questions and get answers to questions of interest to them.
On the second day of the online meeting we virtually traveled to the eco-farm in La Clairière du Lac (https://www.facebook.com/Clairieredulac/)! This time we were hosted by the young owners of the farm Melvin and Paulina. Questions asked by youth were related the customers, business-model, promo and advertising, govenrment and other support, quality assuarance and international experience of UA, GE and AZ.
On the third and fourth day there was a virtual visit to Italy, to the olive oil factory of Andrea Lucarelli (https://www.facebook.com/lacasadeicini/). We also got to know the products produced by Francesco Panella (https://www.facebook.com/leradici.societa.agricola/).
In addition to the above, participants had the opportunity to work in groups with foreign participants on the business model canvas and to have a plenary discussion. They also expressed their opinions on the following issue:
How do I mirror myself in the ideas and business I present?
- Reflecting on my skills from the EntreComp point of view
- Choosing ideas and killing ideas for our business
The aim of the project is: to support young leaders in Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia, to promote the development of skills of young people and young entrepreneurs; Raising awareness of young entrepreneurs and creating networks of young entrepreneurs in rural areas to share knowledge and best practices; Exploring the EU experience and sharing it with representatives of the Eastern Partnership countries.
