LDA Georgia has completed the training for the farmers about farm planning and management issues within the framework of the grant “Racha-Lechkhumi and lower Svaneti Regional Development Initiative".

The farmers from Ambrolauri, Oni, Tsageri and Lentekhi municipality was informed about agribusiness management and discussed about an important cases in the field of agriculture.

These meetings was started in June and ended in August.

Totally, it has been trained 160 farmers in the region of Racha-Lechkhumi and Lower Svaneti, who were awarded the certificates.

„Racha-Lechkhumi and lower Svaneti Regional Development Initiative” is undertaken within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) “Fostering Regional and Local Development-Phase 2” project, with financial support from the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC), Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and the Government of Georgia.
