Three-day Seminar with the Youth of Terjola and Tkibuli municipalities
LDA Georgia conducted a three-day seminar with the youth of Terjola and Tkibuli municipalities.
The following issues were discussed at the seminars:
- The essence and importance of local self-government;
- Advocacy specifics
- Mechanisms of citizen involvement
Participants engaged in practical exercises and delivered presentations on the discussed subjects.
One of the directions of the organization's strategy is to strengthen self-governments and increase the involvement of citizens in the decision-making process, to develop the capacity of public servants to ensure the effective functioning of self-governing units.
