We are glad to introduce you to the entrepreneur Guranda Liparteliani from Lentekhi municipality, who won our grant competition "Local Initiatives for Racha-Lechkhumi and lower Svaneti Regional Economic Development".

Guranda lives in the village of Laskadura and produces one of the high quality honey in Lentekhi.

The entrepreneur was given a honey extractor electric machine under the grant and she will be able to increase production and reduce honey loss.

The contest was announced by LDA Georgia within the framework of the grant „Racha-Lechkhumi and lower Svaneti Regional Development Initiative”, which is undertaken within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) “Fostering Regional and Local Development-Phase 2” project, with financial support from the Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC), Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) and Government of Georgia.
