The forms and mechanisms of participation and involvement in local self-government
We worked with the youth from Kutaisi Youth Center. The youth learned about the forms and mechanisms of participation and involvement in local self-government. Also discussed about the practical examples of participation in the implementation of local self-government.
The meeting was part of the "Civil Society STAR Initiative," supported by the EU and KAS.
One of the directions of the organization's strategy is to strengthen self-governments and increase the involvement of citizens in the decision-making process, to develop the capacity of public servants to ensure the effective functioning of self-governing units.
