Local Democracy Agency Georgia, within the framework of the project - "Civil Society STAR Initiative", provided a seminar on Participatory Democracy. The seminar was conducted by Antonella Valmorbida, an expert in participatory democracy issues, Secretary General of the European Association for Local Democracy (ALDA).
