With the support of the European Union and the organization of the Imereti Regional Hub - Local Democracy Agency Georgia (LDA Georgia), a public meeting will be held on the topic "Causes of migration and employment opportunities in the Imereti region". The meeting will be held in the city of Tskaltubo, in the conference hall of the Tskaltubo municipality.

At the meeting, together with the invited speakers and the attending public, a discussion will be held on the causes of internal and external migration of young people from the region, employment opportunities for young people in the region, and the state policy in this direction.

The meeting will be attended by representatives of civil society organizations of Imereti region, youth department of the municipality and young people.

Imereti Regional Hub plans to organize similar meetings in the coming months, where various topics/issues relevant to the society will be discussed.

The goal of the Imereti Regional Hub is to strengthen civil society at the regional level by maintaining the sustainability of civil society organizations, ensuring an increase in the quality of transparency and accountability.

The meeting will be held within the framework of the project "Civil Society  STAR Initiative'' , which is supported by the European Union (EU) and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS).
